Duties include: Provide instructional leadership to assigned schools Coordinate and supervise all programs in the schools, i.e., instructional, testing, technology Supervise, work with and evaluate staff in assigned schools Monitor student attendance and work with students on attendance issues Establish goals and expectations for student and teacher performance Conduct weekly classroom walk-throughs/observations and written evaluations of teaching staff Communicate the mission and goals of the school Oversee all business management functions of the school, including, but not limited to: authorizations of expenditures, handling all cash funds, school climate and safety, requisition of materials/supplies, etc. Oversee all weekly school reports, i.e., teacher lesson plans, student and staff attendance, grade reporting, etc. Coordinate student recruitment and student enrollments Coordinate the Parent Involvement and Empowerment Program Oversee school discipline Prepare master schedule for teachers and students Oversee emergency plans Other duties, as assigned | ||||
